Processing

Right, so now we've got two weeks of learning a new programme; 'Processing'. Well we've done one week so now (obviously) there's one to go.

I'm not really sure what I think of it. Although I don't seem to be great at using this I think with something like this it does just take practice. My main problem is not that I don't understand it(sort of), it's just that I forget what I've learned about it really quickly. I don't know why but it makes it incredibly frustrating. Also what I don't think helps very much is that I don't have much confidence(if any) in my abilities. That definitely doesn't make it easier to learn.

The programme is a sort of extension of Java and my brother is a computer programmer with knowledge and experience of Java. So it's great to have him around to help me : ).

With this, we have to do a presentation of our work every day!! If there's definitely one thing I hate, it's being up in front of and showing my work to an audience. The only upside is, that because of the number of people we only have to be up there for approx. a minute.
Right now I'm working on a game that has to be presented on Tuesday morning. I might be a bit late that morning(not deliberately), and to be truly honest I don't really mind, if it means that I miss the presentations. :P.

I'm not really sure how much we are going to be using this programme. It may be one of the ones that we learn and then stop using. But seeing at we've got two weeks dedicated to learning it, that implies that this one is more important.

Well I haven't said very much, it's mainly just an update.
